How To Treat Irregular Mensuration?

hello doctor . i m 26 yrs old and have a kid of 3yrs old. from last six month i m facing problems in my menstrual cycle. when it starts first two days are very less flow then from the 3rd day heavy flow is happening for 3 days. and i feel very week those days. can you help me plz.......
