How To Treat Irregular Periods After Having Depo Shot?

I ve recently got off the depo. I ve only ever had one shot of the depo. I ve started back on the pill I forget it quite a lot and have unprotected sex 1-2 times a day. I ve been getting my period on and off lately it s quite bright red but it s the lightest period I ve ever had. then after a could off weeks of that happening I started getting very wet slippery discharge. I don t know what s wrong with me?

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. In the current scenario, your cycle is not protected since you are irregular with the pill. As you are not using any additional protection, you have very good chance of conception. Also, the irregular intake of hormones could be causing the current menstrual disturbance. I would ask you to go for a complete clinical evaluation, a sonogram of the pelvis, blood test for pregnancy, coagulation profiles and urinalysis. Further management can be planned accordingly.
