How To Treat Irregular Periods, extreme Fatigue And Lower Back Pain?
I have been diagnosed with CIN3 over 14 yrs ago and have been back to the Doctor only a few times in which I had a lesion removed once. That was about 4 yrs ago. In case I never went back for my follow up. The last 5 months or so I noticed my body changing. I have 2 cycles a month with excessive bleeding and a watery foul discharge in between. I am also having extreme fatigue ( in in bed for 2 days now) and lower back pain. I also feel constant cramping with or without periods.
HEllo dear, thanks for writing in. It looks like you got to report back to your doctor as you have been very irregular and non compliant with your follow ups. Cervical dysplasias are very serious yet treatable conditions with a long latent period ( meaning years will elapse before it can turn into malignancy ) and hence has a very good outcome when treated early and properly. It is quite possible that the cervical malignancy could have recurred and it needs immediate care unless it is proved otherwise. Watery foul discharge, low back ache and fatigue also can be a sign of cervical malignancy. So do get back to your doctor for appropriate care. Hope your query has been answered satisfactorily. Take care!
