How To Treat Ischiofemoral Ligament Injury?
Hello,
I am a53 yo male. A couple of days ago, I locked my self out of my home and crawled through a window to get my self back in. In the process of bending and squeezing I felt something in my left hip with pain. From what I have been reading it seems to be ischiofemoral ligament. Any course of treatment that I can do to ileviate the pain?
