How To Treat Itchiness And Yellow Fluid Discharge At The Site Of Incision?

My daughter had surgery 4 weeks ago, the cut is about 6 inches long and they kept it together with glue. She says it s itchy and that she feels a little warm. A yellow fluid comes through out the entire wound and a thicker yellow mass came out today when she pushed on it.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having super added bacterial infection on the part giving this problem.
Consult your treating doctor and get it cleaned with antiseptic lotion and then dress the wound with antibiotic cream.
You might require one course of oral antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days as well.
Ok and take care.
