How To Treat Itchiness Around Vagina And Skin Tags?

Hi. I'm a 17 year old girl and I have had an itch feeling around my vagina area and when I went to go look at it in the mirror, it looked a little like skin tags or something. The only time I have ever had sex was around last October but it was not mutual. Do you have any idea what might be wrong with me? I'm really worried.
