How To Treat Itchiness In Labia Minora Post Sex?

Hi..i had sex with my boyfriend and after that I've been experiencing itchiness and some sort of pain on my labia minora,it's also swollen. It's been like these for 2 days,I took a shower a few minutes ago and noticed like a lump on my labia,it's very uncomfortable the itchiness..do you have any idea what could be?

thank you for query.it may be due to fungal or viral or bacterial infection.The morphology exact site is not clear.please clean the area with warm water twice daily.You can apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole cream or pessary.Take antihistamine like cetrizine and analgesic like brufen.Consult doctor for investigation and diagnosis.else You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
