How To Treat Itching Vagina?

hii have been doing things with my boyfriend but we havent had sex or anything .i have been having an itchy vagina and it is very sore.. also i have a very dark yellow discharge on my underwear , and also like gooey stuff which is see-through.. it has like a browny red colour in it also <please help!
