Hi,

Well, you can take antihistamines like Levocetrizine or Fexofenadine to reduce the itching sensation.
* Apply Triple Antibiotic ointment to reduce the bite site from getting infection.
* Keep the area clean and dry.
* Do not scratch a lot as it can get inflamed and infected.

In case if you feel like there is an infection then you need to take Oral antibiotics but before that it is better to follow the steps as advised to get better soon. In case if it still worsen consult a Physician and get yourself clinically checked.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
