Hi, The itchy foot may be due to fungal infection. It is also called tinea pedis. It may be exacerbated by perspiration,water contact and soap. Investigations may be done to rule out DM,HIV,anamia or other internal diseases. If you were my patient, i would have advise you to take anti fungal like ketoconazole or itraconazole for few weeks and to apply antifungal like clotrimazole cream.
