In order to treat itchy labia majora, wash your affected area with soap and plain water to remove any irritants. Oral antihistamines like diphenhydramine, fexofenadine or loratadine may subside overall complications. Topical mild steroids like hydrocortisone cream can be applied to reduce itching. Luke warm oatmeal bath may help to soothe the affected skin. In case of yeast infection, antifungal medications may be required to subside the infection. Urine R/M/E, urethral swab for C/S etc may help to find out the exact underlying causes for your present itchy majora and then treat them accordingly. If this itchy majora persists for long, then you should consult your doctor immediately for medical help and further assessment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
