How To Treat Itchy Nose And Throat?

Hi, I have a very itchy nose last few nights which make it very hard to sleep ( I also suffer from insomnia) I also have itchy throat. I guess this is Hayfever? Any suggestions of what I can do please? I put some coconut oil in the nose and it helps for a little while but I really need to find the cause as its frustrating. thank you for your time :)
