How To Treat Itchy Rash On The Inside Of Knee?

My girlfriend has a heat rash on the inside of her knee and it is starting to scab up and she has been putting calmiline lotion on it to stop the itching and it has been there for a little over a week and I have been searching and its only supposed to last 3 or 4 days what should we do about this

I really appreciate your concern, such condition may be self limiting just wait for some time if this does not subside then it can be managed with oral anti-histamine and best would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
