How To Treat Knee Injury After A Fall?

I was reaching for something and went over a little too far I felt my knee kind of move it didn’t hurt at the time it was just felt weird as the day progressed I couldn’t walk correctly I started limping and now when I move my leg it will crack I feel like it’s getting better I’m still limping?
