HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the area is still hurting severely a month after injury , then it needs to be assessed by a doctor.

The deformity may be due to injury of the muscle or bone. Imaging would likely be needed.

The use of anti inflammatory pain medications may help. This would include ibuprofen/cataflam/naproxen/ketofen.
One of these can be used, would be available over the counter.

I hope this helps
