How To Treat Knee Wound?

I fell onto my rignt knee onto marble tile when i was coming in from outside. I almost passed out from the pain. The knee seems very stiff and a bit numb on the inside and feels bruised to touch but I don't see any bruises. I cut my big toe on the door track at the same time and it is hard to bend as well...
