I had a crown knocked off a few hours ago. The base it was attached to came off as well. Now it looks as if the pocket the tooth was in is lined in pus. I can't get in to a dentist until Monday at the earliest. I'd there something I should do in the meantime?
Broken crown needs to be removed by the Dentist. I would suggest you to visit to the Dentist at your earliest. Broken crown can be removed and fresh impression can be taken for the placement of new crown.
Take care!
