Hello

From the description you have given , it looks like she has developed a hematoma ,which is a blood clot under the skin. Many times hematoma will resolve spontaneously and only analgesics like paracetamol are required. However if becomes I texted then it has to be drained surgically. Please meet your doctor,he will examine her and guide you further. Thanks
