How To Treat Large Left Paracentral Herniation With Inferior Extrusion Of C5/6 Disc?

I am Venkata. I have backpain and consulted an Ortho Surgeon, who recommended MRI C Spine and got the below impression in report:



LARGE LEFT PARACENTRAL HERNIATION WITH MINIMAL INFERIOR EXTRUSION OF C5-6 DISC INDENTING THE THECAL SAC AND IMPINGING ON LEFT C6 NERVE ROOT.



Doctor suggested to for for Surgeory straight away and will not cure for medicines. I would like to take second opinion. How major is my health problem and without surgeory will it cure?
