How To Treat Lateral Tibial Plateau Fracture With Mild Depression Of Knee?

I have an accident on 26th Apri,2011 and get injuree at my left knee. Then went for a MRI On 11/5.2011. The MRI Suggestslateral tibial plateau fracture with mild depression and extending to the articular surface. Associated marrow edema is noted . The menisci, cruciate and collateral ligaments appear normal. There is minimul effusion in the suprapatellar bursa.

Now pain is there i am not putting any weight on that leg plz. suggesst what shoud be done?
