How To Treat Left Kidney Pain?

Hi, I am in extreme pain in my left kidney and down my left left leg, cant lift my left leg very high compared to my right leg, awaiting MRI scan and also neurology appointment on 11th Nov, Had breast cancer in 2009, and heart attack 2010,on loads of medication, especially co-codamol 30/500mg, I am 51yrs old and female

history of breast cancer raises the possibility of metastasis in spine. so MRI spine must be done to rule out that.palliative radiotherapy will be effective treatment for pain if there is metastasis.
