How To Treat Left Sided Face,arm And Finger Swelling?

My face, arms, and fingers are swollen in the mornings when I wake up especially in the left side. My fingers are so swollen that my rings are stuck on my fingers, the skin is coming up around them. When I get up the swelling goes down but not all the way. I feel extreamly tired. Why am I swelling?

I would do basic tests like complete blood count, urine analysis to rule out anemia and renal conditions & manage accordingly.Hope this answers your query.
