How To Treat Leg Pain Caused Due To Hives And Fever?

Hi my son is 4.5 y.old and yesterday he started complaining on legs pain and developed hives (look like mosquito bites) in his legs, soles. He also had a fever. Today his eyelids and lips became swollen and he cries that he cant walk because o pain, and still has fever. What can it be?

I really appreciate your concern for your son, this could be allergic condition and some time this could be self limiting just wait for some time if this does not come around then better to start antihistamine and best drug would be "Diphenhydramine liquid" it need to be given according to weight, hope this information helps, take care.
