How To Treat Leg Pain While Walking Caused Due To Knee Cap?

The top of my kneecap is very painful when try and stand especially trying to get up from toilet or low chair. Walking is no too painful. Can no squat down at all. I have had knee issues before(meniscus) but never pain like this. I am 53 years and on my feet at work for 8-10 hrs a day.

I really appreciate your concern chances of knee arthritis changes is very likely better to stop bending the knee joint , for the pain you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, better to get done the MRI of knee joint, hope this information your helps, take care.
