How To Treat Lesions On Arm?

.Hello. I have several crescent shaped lesions on my arm which are unsightly and show no sign of disappearing. I had this several years ago and underwent all sorts of tests, ending up with a dermatologist who also couldn t work out what they were. Cortisone cream keeps them under control but doeasn t make them go away; I remember from previous tests that they are not fungal - any ideas on what I can use on them please?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it is hard to tell the type of lesion any picture or any more description like the color and margins of the lesion would be helpful. If its not fungal then it could be psoriasis if these are silvery while with pink background. Steroids cream would be the treatment in that case.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
