General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Leucoderma or vitiligo does not have any specific cure.
It is more a lifestyle condition.
The exact cause is unknown, but it may be due to an autoimmune disorder or a virus.
Vitiligo is not contagious.
Treatment options may include ultraviolet or topical corticosteroids.
You should consult your dermatologist about these options.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
