OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Start taking levocetirizine tablets 10 mg at bed time for 2 weeks. If symptoms continue, antibiotics need to be started and a USG done.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
