How To Treat Light Headed, nausea, bloating With Some Cramping And Frequent Urination And Mood Swing?

I am feeling light headed, nausea, bloated with some cramping, i need to go to the bathroom much more than usual, i also experience a lot more headaches that lasts for the whole day, its been going on like this since last week Tuesday, I've also been more sensitive to things people say to me, I've been very emotional, my boyfriend has been teasing me about it for a couple of days. I experience almost the same simptomes during my menstrual cycle( it started the 21st of January and lasted 4 days),I haven't changed my diet at all. I also noticed a change in my body temperature, I'm always feeling hot, even on colder days. Thank you.

First i would assure you that you are completely normal as far as your emotional reaction concerns. I would like to know if you are taking normal diet or you are feeling lack of appetite. Also i would suggest you to take vitmain B complex and calcium. If you are felling too much anxious ,take a tablet of amytryptalin With consult of your family physician.
