i am constantly lightheaded, nausea, fatigue, thoughts of doomed, do not have a quality of life because always feeling lightheaded and stomach aches. blood work is good, MRI is good, Ct scans or good, heart test are good ... i don t know what else to do i am 59 years old.

As hearing your problem it seems to be a sum organic disease. but as your reports are negative your problem seems to have psychological origin. you should consult psychiatrist. you need councelling for your problem.
