General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The episode you describe could be simple Vasovegal attack due to low blood glucose. Maybe you were fasting, over exerting, with low digestion. The sore cheek bone, knot on fore head can be due to sudden fall on ground, you had. Such symptoms go with a glass of glucose water / light snacks. The history in childhood demands a consultation of a neuro physician and EEG to exclude any possibility of Epilepsy (especially if there is history of head injury or family history or repeat episodes in future).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
