How To Treat Little Bump On My Penis And Penile Shaft?

I am 14 and I have this one little bump on my penis head and quite a few on the penis shaft. Iv'e looked up Pearly penile papules and that isn't what it is. I haven't made sexual contact with anyone. I am to embarrassed to tell my parents about this. Can you please help me?
