Gall bladder stones are not expected to cause loss of appetite. It may be due to some other reasons like chronic illness, mental state( like anxiety, depression),hypothyroidism etc. You need proper evaluation and you may need further investigations However, you should go for definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus. Definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus is surgical removal of gall bladder(cholecystectomy). Gall bladder calculus is prone to infection and obstruction,so it is advised to get rid of calculus early.
