How To Treat Low Pulse Rate Without Medicines?

hello doctor, i am 36 years old women yesterday i did the test of sugar, lipid pro. , urine and ecg. All the test was normal but doctor perescribed me concor cor 2.5 mg he says that my pulse rate bit low i hesitate to take this medicine . should i take this medicine

Hi welcome to HCM.
Low pulse rate does not need any specific treatment,unless accompanied by symptoms of dizziness and sweating.I advise you to have a 24 holter ecg to document the cause of persistent low heart rate.In most cases this could be because of intrinsic high vagal tone.Regular physical exercise for 20 min a day can help to increase the resting heart rates.Refractory cases need an implantable pacemaker.Consult a cardiologist for further care.
