Hi,

It sounds like your daughter is experiencing some gastrointestinal distress that may be related to her lactose intolerance. When someone is lactose intolerant, their body cannot digest lactose, which is a type of sugar found in milk and dairy products. This can cause a range of symptoms, including diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, and gas.

The presence of blood in the stool could be an indication of inflammation or irritation in the digestive tract. It is important to consult with your pediatrician or a gastroenterologist to determine the underlying cause of her symptoms.

In the meantime, you can try the following tips to help manage her symptoms:
* Eliminate lactose from her diet: Avoid giving her any dairy products or foods that contain lactose.
* Stay hydrated: Encourage her to drink plenty of fluids to help prevent dehydration, especially if she is experiencing diarrhea.
* Consider probiotics: Probiotics may help improve digestion and reduce symptoms of lactose intolerance.
* Avoid fatty and spicy foods: These can irritate the digestive tract and make symptoms worse.
* Consult with a doctor: If her symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention. Your doctor may recommend additional testing or prescribe medication to help manage her symptoms.

Remember to always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatment plan or making changes to your child's diet.
