How To Treat Lump In The Right Side Of The Pubic Region?

Hello, I have had a lump on the right side of my mons pubis for about 6-7 months now. The lumps usually becomes red and swollen during the time of my period. Shortly then after it drains pus and blood, then it creates a thin scab along the surface of it as if it is trying to heal itself. If the scab is turn of or hindered in anyway blood and pus immediately begin draining from it. The lump has come and gone a few times within this time frame. Recently I pulled quite a long hair (about an in and a half) from the center of if which I thought May be the reasoning for this lump. What should I do ? Thanks
