How To Treat Lump On Buttocks Along With Constipation?

Hi im 20 and i have a lump the size of a quarter on my inner butt cheek 2 inches from my anus. It appeared a month ago and hurt but now is just a lump. It oozes out a white liquid if i press on it. Also my bowel movements are thin and im semi constipated. What should i do to help clear the lump and constipation?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Lump could be a sebaceous cyst or infected anal gland
I would advise you to consult a general surgeon for physical examination and excision of lump if required
you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of doctor

As far as constipation is concerned, it can be treated with certain dietary changes and life style modifications
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fiber supplements
You should take plenty of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day.
Avoid fatty and junk food
in case of chronic constipation you can take laxative or stool softeners

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
