How To Treat Lump Under The Penis Foreskin?

I have noticed a small lump (pin head size) under the forskin, just below the glands. I am circumsized, and there is really no discomfort. How can i get rid of it? I ve often thought about nicking the foreskin and removing it the same way you would pop a pimple.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the small lump under the penile foreskin indicates soft tissue benign lesion most likely. As per the mentioning its consistency is like a pimple and hence it can be more likely sebaceous cyst lesion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
