How To Treat Lumps In Lower Side Left Leg?

I have found 2 lumps in my Lower side left leg it s been about a month now they r painful and growing I have experienced a bit of numbing I ve been sick Latley but not sure if they relate thought maybe being stomach sick dizzy n such was from the heat but I m starting to worry

there could be so many causes for painful lumps which sometime may need biopsy confirmation most common is just lipoma which can be simply excised
