How To Treat Lymph Nodes In Chest,neck And ESR Is 3mm?

i am a mba student.. yesterday only i got an incidental detection of hilar lymph node. I got a noncontrast CT scan thorax done which revealed several lymph nodes in chest and neck. ESR is 3 mm and montoux is negative. quantiferon test report is still to come. no symptoms. i am feelin well. what should i do?
