How To Treat Mark On Penile Top Side?

I have a mark on the top side of my penis, towards the base, that started as some irritation when i tried trimming some hair, but now looks barely darker and is slightly indented. It doesn't hurt at all, but i have had unprotected sex and havent been tested, should i be worried?
