Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, I suppose that you are using melalite 15 under dermatological guidance. It is used to treat pigmentation, but the response depends upon multiple factors.

It is relatively safe for long term use. Once you get the desired result, you may switch to another agent like kojic acid or arbutin which will maintain the respone to melalite 15 and your skin color wont go darker than original color. But you may discuss this with your doctor before you start using it.

Hope this helps you.
