How To Treat Menometrorrhagia With Underlying Submucous-intramural Myoma?

do u know how to treat menometorrhagia with underlying submucous-intramural myoma and polyps problem .I already underwent 2 D&C and 1 hysterocopy because of this problem . i did also use IUD MIRENA . BUT its not working . and i still having menomettorrhagia. Hormonal drugs already failed . I want to know surgical method dat can treat my problem and also keep my fertility . I am 24 y.o ,not married and havent had any sexual intercouse .
