How To Treat Menstrual Irregularity?

My period was irregular and to regularize it, on consultation with doctor i took 15 primolut tablet. the tablet completed by last friday and still i did not get my period. May i know like how many days i can wait to get the period and normally in how many the periods will come after taking primolut tablets.

Hi,

It takes 7-10 days for periods after you take Primolut-N tablet. Tablets are for temporary period, you have to exercise daily and reduce weight. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits daily and get 30 mins sunlight. Take tablet Ovabless for 3 months at least.
