I have had implanon for over two years now and this month I had a normal period and the 9-10 days later I've had a second period which is not like my normal periods this is brown and its not constant I only have odd bits of it in my pants why is this ???

Breakthrough spotting is expected while on Implanon. It is nothing to be worried about and requires no further intervention if the issue is not persistent or too problematic.
