How To Treat Mesh Erosion All Around The Cervix After A Laparoscopic Sacrohysteropexy?

I had a laporscopic sacrohysteropexy & a perinoplasty 4 months ago. I had some complications with my perinoplasty so was asked to go back to see My surgeon 2 months ago. She said that I have mesh erosion all around my cervix which might need trimed back. I wasn t sexually active & didn t seem to have any pain or bleeding, so was given another appointment to see how things are in another 8 weeks time. My appointment is now this week. I m really worried about what s going to happen now. I can still feel the mesh & had sexual intercourse 3 times but seem to bleed for a few days afterwards.Will I need another operation to have this mesh trimmed from my cervix? Thanks Helen
