My mother 85 yrs old & v week , she is having bleeding piles along with mild degree of rectal prolapse after passing stool & after micturation which replaced manually . She has developed this problem after hip replacement surgery two years back.pl.advise some treatment Thanx

Regarding your mother experience of bleeding hemorrhoid with mild degree rectal prolapse following a hip replacement surgery i am suggesting that she will have to see a surgeon specialist for expert clinical evaluation and for possible surgical interventional procedures called hemorrhoidecromy
In addition you will need the following after the operation
broad spectrum antibiotics
Multivitamin
Tablet Antifungal
Hematinics
