23, male, 6ft, no medical issues, have slight to moderate pain in the tip of my penis with a small amount of clear discharge, did have unprotected sex 7 days ago, but problem was starting to occur before then and has gotten increasingly worse. no signs of bumps or red sores.

Chances of STD may be likely and this need to be ruled out till then this can be treated with Tab Ofloxacine 400 mg twice in day for one day and Sodium hydrochloride citrate solution 20ml three times in day, hope this information helps.
