How To Treat Mild-severe Spinal Stenosis?

I have mild-severe spinal stenosis and I'm unable to obtain any help in the form of medications, due to an incompetent doctor who thinks I'm a hypochondriac even though I have MRI's and written reports from other doctors showing proof of my chronic pain. This has become an unnecessary and overwhelming problem in my life. Is there anything that anybody can do?
