General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, multiple tiny hyperechoic nodules in the liver can be secondary to benign or malignant conditions of the liver.

* Benign conditions can be of various types as:

- hepatic steatosis
- liver hemangioma
- focal nodular hyperplasia
- hepatic adenoma
- focal nodular hyperplasia

* Malignant conditions of the liver secondary to pathology of other organ or primary liver tumor.

- cancer colon
- cancer lung
- cancer ovary
- hepatocellular carcinoma
- others

* However, a detailed history, physical examination, lab data co relation are very vital for the final comments in any particular case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
