How To Treat Muscle Cramping Post Hip Fracture Surgery?

I am recovering from hip fracture surgery and after 4 months still in physical therapy, Bone appears to have healed, however I am still having muscle cramping even when walking with a cane, and am wondering how often therapy would help. I'm going twice a week and water walking twice a week. Still have muscle cramping.

Hi

Thanks for the details provided.

The muscle cramps are caused due to holding a single position for a prolonged time.
I would advice you to slowly move your leg and strengthen your muscles eventually.
Do drink water regularly.

Thank You
